3. Description of Offerings

3.1 Services

Cal y ra offers live and on-demand training sessions, workshops and expert support related to AI engagement, chatbot interaction and AI application development.

3.2 Information Products

Cal y ra provides digital course materials, tutorials, recorded lectures and related useful items (each an “Information Product”).

3.3 Physical Goods

Cal y ra may supply printed manuals, branded merchandise or other tangible items (each a “Physical Good”).

4. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in Services and purchase of Information Products or Physical Goods requires a user account. Access credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the currency specified at checkout. Payment must be made in full before access to any Service, Information Product or Physical Good is granted.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for a refund of fees for scheduled training sessions or workshops must be submitted at least 14 days before the start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days of approval. Instead of a refund, you may request a transfer of your enrollment to another session at no extra charge if space is available. After the 14-day cutoff, all payments for Services are non-refundable due to resource allocation and staffing commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of Information Products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales of digital course materials are final and non-refundable. Prospective learners are encouraged to review any free previews prior to purchase.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may ship back Physical Goods within 30 days of receipt in unused condition and original packaging. Calyra will confirm acceptance and process a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving the shipment. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending back goods unless the item is defective.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All user data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials and trademarks are owned by Calyra or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cal y ra’s total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Service, Information Product or Physical Good.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
